The menstrual cup is a women's state-of-the-art hygiene aid that is used during menstruation and collects draining menstrual blood. The ideal position for insertion and removal is squatting. Fold the silicone cup twice lengthwise and slide it up and back into the vagina, the cup will adhere tightly to the vaginal walls and allow menstrual blood to flow into the cup without any leakage or odor. To check that the cup is opened and attached correctly, turn it by turning on the bottom or the handle. You can cut the handle to a length that suits you. For easier insertion, you can moisten the cup or use a water-based lubricating gel.
